Fashionpedia: Brogues

Brogue is a type of low heeled shoe traditionally worn by the people of Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. Made up by multiple-piece, sturdy leather uppers with decorative perforations or brogueing and serration along the pieces' visible edges.
Brogues have always known being made for men , they really can dress up a suit, but nowadays it is highly worn by women not just in their original flat form but  with heels.
